For our location Esso Kruibeke North to the Motorway E17 towards Ghent, 9150 Kruibeke we are looking for a supervisor.
- Permanent: 32 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic team leader for our gas station As a team leader, you are responsible for managing the team and creating a hospitable environment for our customers.
You coordinate the daily affairs and participate in the operation with the aim of achieving an excellent result together. You also take orders, administration, counts, guide the employees and work on the floor. You think in terms of solutions and you find it a challenge to get the most out of yourself and your team.
Employment conditions and wages according to PC311;
We agree together how many hours per week you can work;
Meal vouchers of €8 per day worked;
End-of-year bonus paid out in December;
Attractive bonus scheme based on operating result;
Ecocheques of €250 for full-time employment;
Growth opportunities to best of yourself to get;
Once you have a permanent position, you will receive hospitalization insurance (DKV) paid for by EG. You also have the option to insure your family members cheaply.
