Offre d’emploi : Project / Delivery Manager - Systèmes d’Énergie Renouvelable Lieu : Bruxelles (hybride – minimum 2 jours/semaine sur site) Type de contrat : CDI ou Freelance Au sein d’un grand acteur international de l’énergie , reconnu pour son engagement dans la décarbonation et présent dans plus de 20 pays, nous recherchons un Project/Delivery Manager pour piloter un projet stratégique de refonte d’une plateforme applicative dédiée à la gestion d’actifs d’énergie renouvelable (éolien, solaire, batteries). Votre mission Vous prenez en charge le programme « GPS Refoundation », visant à moderniser en profondeur une suite d’applications critiques utilisée pour la gestion de contrats, l’optimisation d’actifs et le pilotage opérationnel. Vos responsabilités incluent : Analyse & cadrage Finaliser la définition du projet (objectifs, périmètre, options Build/Buy). Construire une vision commune avec les parties prenantes. Gestion de projet & coordination Définir la stratégie de delivery, établir la roadmap et piloter l’exécution. Coordonner les équipes internes, prestataires et experts techniques. Identifier et suivre les risques, proposer des plans d’action. Assurer la communication projet (reporting, comités, alignement business/IT). Delivery & mise en production Coordonner les cycles de développement et de release. Organiser le déploiement, l’accompagnement du changement et le support post-mise en production. Profil recherché Master en informatique, business engineering ou équivalent. Excellente communication en anglais (français ou néerlandais = atout). Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de programmes/projets IT dans un contexte international. Solide connaissance des marchés financiers ou des marchés de commodités (un plus). Expérience des environnements Agile (Scrum, SAFe). Compréhension des architectures applicatives, cycle de vie logiciel et principes data/big data (idéalement AWS). Compétences clés Pilotage de projets complexes (scope, planning, risques). Coordination multi-équipes et multi-sites. Capacité à challenger les solutions techniques. Autonomie, proactivité, esprit collectif, forte capacité d’adaptation. Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
