Position description Job title Junior Associate Business & Commercial Law (Kortrijk or Ghent) Function KPMG Law - Junior Associate Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a junior associate with a keen interest in business and commercial law to join our team in Kortrijk or Ghent. As a junior associate in our business and commercial law team you will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients on legal issues related to: commercial and civil contracts (unfair) trade practices economic law distribution, agency & franchising international trade e-commerce You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients. You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them. LI-DNI Location Kortrijk Skills & Qualifications You (will soon) hold a master degree in law with a focus on economic law. An additional qualification or an international experience is an asset. A first professional experience in a law firm is an asset but not a requirement. You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field. You have strong analytical and writing skills. You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. You are a real team player.
