Passenger Charter Broker - Bruges (EN) Chapman Freeborn Airchartering Location Brugge, Belgium Overview We are looking for a passionate and goal‑driven professional to manage passenger charter flights from initial request to flight operation completion. The successful candidate will have experience in the private aviation or passenger air charter industry, be target and goal driven, and work within a dynamic, diverse team. With more 50 years of experience, the Chapman Freeborn group provides a diverse range of aviation‑related services on a global basis. The group, a member of the Avia Solutions Group, offers state‑of‑the‑art solutions to the aviation industry and beyond. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with aircraft providers to secure offers. Negotiate with providers to procure the best value for clients. Evaluate suitable commission schedules. Ensure timely offers with detailed, accurate information for clients. Follow up regularly and work towards confirmation. Ensure all contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters are accurate, legally compliant, and meet company requirements. Verify supplier contracts in detail and ensure all terms comply with the company charter agreement. Issue flight briefs with all flight‑related information. Liaise with clients to identify requirements and source suitable, competitive aircraft charter solutions. Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and new business leads to maximize opportunities and increase client loyalty. Keep clients informed of any developments linked to specific bookings. Participate in conference calls to share information with the Passenger team and other offices. Keep up to date with activities of other Passenger brokers using the appropriate network of communication. Contact airlines to confirm weekend availability and communicate this to colleagues and other airlines to maximize sales. Treat sensitive data with care and in a confidential and professional manner. Use initiative to identify new potential areas for business development. Provide support for sales activity for new business development. Cold‑call prospect clients to help build on our successful portfolio. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within aviation. Fluent in Dutch and English. Experience in passenger sales and air chartering. Knowledge of the regional EU market. Proactive in identifying business development opportunities. French and English operational command.
