Als Service Management Assistant voer je volgende taken uit:
- Je verwerkt telefonische of schriftelijke vragen van klanten in de Service desk applicatie.
- Je beheert en actualiseert klantgegevens in het CRM-systeem.
- Je controleert offertes en volgt deze op.
- Je voert de maandelijkse facturatie uit.
- Je beschrijft projecten van klanten voor publicatie op onze website.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en beschikt over een basis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Je beschikt over een hoger diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Door jouw computerskills werk je vlot met MS Office.
- Je werkt nauwgezet, goed georganiseerd en stipt.
- Ook klanten weet je steeds op een juiste manier verder te helpen door jouw servicegerichtheid en communicatie.
In de job van Service Management Assistant ontvang je een vast contract na een geslaagde interim-periode. Je geniet meteen van een aantrekkelijk salaris, samen met volgende voordelen:
- Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag.
- Groepsverzekering (vanaf vaste aanwerving).
- Thuiswerkvergoeding.
Hierbij kom je terecht in een voltijdse betrekking van 39u per week. Samen met je collega zorg je voor permanentie op de afdeling tussen 8u en 18u, uiteraard in samenspraak en afwisselend. Bovenop je wettelijke vakantiedagen bouw je nog 6 ADV-dagen op. Je kan er, na een inwerkperiode, ook 2 dagen van thuis uit werken.
