Dan is deze functie iets voor jouJouw rolAls IT System Infrastructure Engineer werk je nauw samen met een externe IT-dienstverlener en het interne team om de infrastructuur van onze klant optimaal en veilig te laten functioneren. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen alle componenten en zorgt ervoor dat alles naadloos samenwerkt.Wat ga je doen?Meewerken aan het ontwerp en de opzet van nieuwe infrastructuur en applicaties op een veilige manier.Samenwerken met interne teams, business users en externe partners om de juiste infrastructuur te implementeren.Ondersteuning en troubleshooting bij applicatieve issues in samenwerking met collega’s en serviceprovider.Opvolging van security-incidenten en documentatie voor IT-teams en eindgebruikers.Fungeren als schakel tussen first-level en third-level support.Je werkt met een breed scala aan technologieën: ✅ Netwerk (firewall, switches) ✅ Security (WAF, anti-DDoS, webproxy) ✅ Servers (Windows & Linux) ✅ Databases (SQL Server) ✅ Storage & Cloud (Azure) ✅ Werkstations (Windows) & mobiele toestellen (iOS)Wat breng je mee?IT-achtergrond (opleiding en/of ervaring)Security mindset en analytische ingesteldheidErvaring met server-, storage- en netwerkbeheer is een plusPraktische kennis van Microsoft Office en algemene IT-infrastructuurSterke communicatieve vaardigheden, teamspirit en zelfstandigheidTweetalig NL/FR en goede kennis van EN
