Passion for what we do ...We’re now looking for a People & Culture (HR) Business Partner to strengthen our team.What you’ll doYou’ll join a versatile team of 9 driven People & Culture Business Partners, each responsible for a defined area within our factory (production or logistics, around 400 employees). Together, you work on multidisciplinary P&C projects that make our organization stronger.In your area, you will:🤝 Support line managers in implementing People & Culture processes and monitoring the right KPIs. You coach them on competence management, performance, labor relations, individual case management, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, and more.🎯 Ensure a warm onboarding for new colleagues so they feel welcome, informed and appreciated from day one.🚀 Drive development and culture by helping managers understand their team’s needs and apply the Volvo values to foster growth for every team member.🗣️ Build strong social relations by maintaining contact with social partners and actively participating in local union consultations, with the goal of maintaining a positive social climate.🔄 Lead and support change as a go-to person and inspiring partner who brings your area along in new stories and transformations.📊 Secure solid HR administration, ensuring correct registration in people & culture systems.Who you areYou’re a real people-person who loves being close to the shop floor, building trust and long-term relationships.
