Main responsibilities: Change Requests Validate/challenge the analysis of the functional analyst. Develop solutions based on defined specifications. Incident Management Handle incidents and provide solutions. Follow ITIL methodology and processes implemented at Infrabel. Acquire necessary knowledge quickly to work autonomously on incidents. Other Tasks Assist in unit testing. Deploy solutions across environments. Tune existing applications. Draft technical documentation.
