Service Coordinator

Voor een bedrijf in Mariakere zijn wij op zoek naar een Service Coordinator / Technisch receptionist.
Je vervult een sleutelrol en zorgt samen met het team dat de vestiging zich op vlak van service blijft onderscheiden in de sector.
- Je organiseert en coordineert de herstellingen & het onderhoud van de voertuigen van de klanten. Dit zijn voornamelijk trucks.
- Je volgt onderhoudsschema's op, staat in voor het opmaken, plannen & controleren van de werkorders en communiceert hierover met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke.
- Je houdt klanten steeds op de hoogte over de service.
- Je controleert en boekt de gepresteerde uren van de mechaniekers in.
- Je controleert de werkorders alvorens door te sturen naar facturatie.
- Je geeft informatie over de uitgevoerde werken aan de klant.
Je zal werken in een uurrooster dat 2-wekelijks wisselt. Week 1 werk je op zaterdag voormiddag en week 2 heb je het volledige weekend vrij.
ProfielWie zoeken wij?
- Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma bij voorkeur in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt sterke interesse in de automobielsector.
- Je bent heel klant- en servicegericht.
- Je bent flexibel en een echte teamplayer.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je bezit eigen vervoer om je naar het bedrijf te verplaatsen.
- Je kan rekenen op een uitgebreide interne opleiding.
- Je kan rekenen op een tewerkstelling op lange termijn.
- Bij jouw vast contract volgt aansluiting bij de groepsverzekering.
