We are looking for a Amicable Collection Officer (2 years of experience). Based in Brussels, this role offers a hybrid working model with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
Manage daily incoming and outgoing contacts with customers in arrears.
Analyse customer files to ensure appropriate handling.
Negotiate with customers in arrears.
Must-Have Requirements
Good expertise in MS Office.
Familiarity with various IT tools.
Dutch proficiency.
French proficiency.
English proficiency.
