We have a job for you Excel Careers and Excel Interim is a Recruitment Consultancy specialized in administrative support profiles such as receptionists, management assistants, executive/personal assistants, HR assistants, sales and marketing assistants, office managers, customer service, digital marketing officers, etc. We work with companies in a variety of sectors and offer both permanent and temporary contracts. We are currently recruiting an EVENING Office Assistant (from 12pm until 8pm) for one of our clients, an international law firm located in the centre of Brussels and easily accessible by public transportation, to provide superior support to the lawyers and enable them to operate at optimum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the daily planning of the meeting rooms
  2. Responsible for an impeccable state of the client area
  3. Welcome clients
  4. Prepare meeting rooms
  5. Organise breakfast and/or lunch for meetings and seminars
  6. Book taxis, restaurants and hotels
  7. Make copies and/or printouts for clients
  8. Modify flights and train tickets
  9. Help in the organisation of internal events
Profile:
  1. English native or equivalent and fluent in French or Dutch
  2. Experience in a similar position
  3. Experience in the legal sector is a plus
  4. Excellent presentation and positive mindset
  5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  6. Reliable, service-minded, stress-resistant and flexible
  7. Good attention to detail and natural ability to work accurately and independently
  8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
