Customer Support Officer – Dutch / Flemish or French Speaking
Location: Malta | Hybrid
Our client is a established financial services organisation in Malta in the recruitment of Dutch and French-speaking Customer Support Officers to join its growing customer-facing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and is interested in developing their career within the financial services sector. The role combines day-to-day customer support with exposure to banking, payments, savings and investment-related services.
Candidates currently based outside Malta are welcome to apply and should be open to relocating.
The Role
As part of the Customer Support team, you will assist customers throughout their journey and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day enquiries.
About the role:
-Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
-Providing clear information regarding financial products and services
-Investigating customer queries and coordinating with internal teams where further support is required
-Supporting customers with account-related requests and instructions
-Assisting with payment instructions and other transactional requests
-Supporting processes relating to investment trades and portfolio transfers
-Assisting customers with account opening and closure
-Contributing to customer campaigns relating to savings and investment products
-Ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction
About you:
-Native-level Dutch OR French
-Candidates speaking only one of the two languages are encouraged to apply
-Good English communication skills would be beneficial
-Previous experience in customer service, banking, financial services, fintech or a similar customer-facing environment would be an advantage
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Willingness to relocate to Malta, if currently based overseas
