As a people manager, you’ll coach and lead a team of project managers, an administrative staff, about fifty roofers, and several subcontractors in a dynamic, family-owned environment.

You will oversee the branch’s portfolio, ensuring smooth preparation, organization, and execution of projects while driving revenue and margin targets and monitoring KPIs.
