Understand & Analyse Business NeedsCollaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine requirements.Organize workshops and interviews to uncover process bottlenecks and opportunities.Translate business needs into structured documentation and user stories.Support ongoing service management, small change requests, and problem analysis.2. Optimise & Document ProcessesAnalyse existing workflows and identify areas for efficiency, automation, or customer impact.Help assess the effects of regulatory, operational, or client-driven changes.Define clear, scalable processes in collaboration with product owners and experts.Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and align with strategic goals.3. Test, Validate & ImproveParticipate in test preparation, execution, and feedback cycles.Validate business requirements through user acceptance testing.Suggest optimisations and improvements based on user input and data insights.4.
