FREELANCE Business Architect Customer & Marketing Voor een vaste klant van ons in regio Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Architect Customer & Marketing. Je mag rekenen op een strategische rol waarin je werkt in het hart van de klant-, marketing- en commerciële activiteiten van de organisatie. Jobinhoud Je ondersteunt onze klant bij het vertalen van hun customer & marketing strategie naar een duidelijke business architectuur op het gebied van klantprocessen, commerciële diensten, marketingfuncties en informatiestromen. Je luistert actief naar de behoeften van sales-, marketing- en customer stakeholders en stelt gerichte vragen om hun doelstellingen helder te krijgen. Je adviseert over mogelijke customer- en marketingoplossingen, en onderzoekt hoe deze het best geïntegreerd kunnen worden binnen de bredere enterprise architectuur. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing- en salesverantwoordelijken om klantreizen, campagnes, segmentaties, leadbeheer en commerciële processen mee vorm te geven. Je ondersteunt de projectmanager en waakt erover dat de implementatie in lijn blijft met de vastgestelde customer- en marketingarchitectuur — tot en met de finale oplevering. Wie? Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis of ervaring in customer journeys, marketingprocessen of commerciële transformatie. Ervaring met modelleringstechnieken is een plus. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische commerciële omgeving en vindt het een uitdaging om oplossingen te bedenken die klantgericht én haalbaar zijn. Je bent in staat om complexe klant- en marketingvraagstukken op een heldere en begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, zodat je makkelijk kan schakelen met zowel lokale als internationale stakeholders.
