Axiles Bionics is expanding its marketing team, and we're looking for two exceptional individuals to join us.

As our first dedicated marketing hires, you'll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer to shape the future of our marketing efforts. This is more than just execution—we're looking for individuals who will contribute to our vision, drive marketing innovation, and help craft a bold and effective strategy to position Axiles Bionics as a leader in prosthetic technology.

  • Define and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy that strengthens our brand and market presence.
  • Drive our online presence—engaging our community and elevating our brand across digital platforms.
  • Create stunning visuals and compelling materials that amplify our message and resonate with our audience.
  • Experiment with new marketing approaches—growth hacking, product-focused campaigns, and bold storytelling.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Transform creative ideas into structured, actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, you will contribute to:

Strategic Marketing Leadership & Brand Positioning
  • Shape and execute a bold, long-term marketing strategy that positions Axiles Bionics as a market leader in prosthetic technology.
  • Develop and refine our brand identity, storytelling, and messaging, ensuring we stand out from competitors.
  • Identify unique differentiators in our products and technology and translate them into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Align marketing efforts with business objectives to drive global awareness, credibility, and adoption.
  • Bring bold ideas, and contribute to an ambitious and forward-thinking marketing vision, ensuring Axiles Bionics stays ahead in the industry.
  • Explore and define new market opportunities, audience segments, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives—positioning Axiles Bionics as a key voice in the future of prosthetic innovation.
  • Develop powerful, high-quality content that not only informs but inspires—across social media, newsletters, blogs, trade fairs, product documentation, videos, and animations.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand identity across all materials, making Axiles Bionics instantly recognizable.
Community & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Act as the voice of Axiles Bionics, fostering strong relationships with industry professionals, patients, and partners.
  • Build a thriving community by sparking engaging conversations, educational content, and advocacy.
  • Leverage our brand's mission to inspire and create emotional connections with our audience.
Breakthrough Campaigns & Event Activation
  • Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that push boundaries and drive real engagement.
  • Innovate with growth hacking techniques, product-driven campaigns, and bold storytelling.
  • Develop event strategies that maximize visibility and industry influence.
  • Establish data-backed marketing strategies, analyzing impact, ROI, and areas for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience insights, and performance tracking.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging marketing trends, digital tools, and disruptive strategies.
  • Experiment with new platforms, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches to amplify Axiles Bionics' reach.
  • Find new ways to turn Axiles Bionics into a recognized leader, not just in prosthetics, but in medical technology and innovation.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and leadership to ensure a unified and effective marketing approach.
  • Contribute to an agile, strategic marketing team that drives both execution and visionary thinking.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign) and/or video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) or other relevant programs.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bonus: Interest or experience in healthcare, robotics, or prosthetics industries.

  • 60-minute in-person interview with the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
