As Commercial Legal Counsel within Destiny’s Legal Office you hold a key position within the organization, and you take an active part in the day-to-day commercial operations of Destiny in the various countries.Your focus is on the commercial operations: the supervision, coordination and follow-up of the commercial transactions, advice in matters such as general terms and conditions, commercial contracts, license agreements and telecom matters.Together with the Chief Legal Officer you work closely with local lawyers. In addition, you will receive exposure to the M&A matters at the Group Level via the Chief Legal Officer. This is an excellent job opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer.Key responsibilities: Legal advice on commercial operations. Drafting of commercial agreements and license agreements. Follow-up on legal disputes. Profile Master’s in law. Must have: extensive experience in commercial contracts and/or in commercial litigation You are much interested in IP matters. You have a proactive and business-minded approach. Excellent command of English, with good oral skills in Dutch and French. Strong professional integrity and service-oriented attitude.
