We're Hiring a Solution Engineer – Fast-Growing Fintech Want to join a European fintech in rapid growth, work on impactful technical projects, and evolve in a dynamic startup environment? This opportunity might be the perfect fit The Role: Solution EngineerAs a Solution Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of tech, product, and customer success. Your mission: ensure smooth API integrations and guide customers in adopting the platform successfully. Key Responsibilities:Lead customer onboarding and guide them through API integrationsUnderstand business & technical needs and translate them into technical solutionsJoin pre-sales calls to assess feasibility and propose approachesWork closely with Product & Tech teams to improve integrations and workflowsContribute to technical documentation, guidelines, and best practicesProvide first-line technical support, help customers read APIs, solve integration issues Who You Are:3+ years of experience in a technical / client-facing role (fintech or startup experience = BIG plus)Strong understanding of how technical components work together (APIs, integrations, security, data)Bonus skills: SQL Python Accounting knowledgeAbility to understand customer use cases and translate them into technical solutionsExcellent verbal/written communication with both technical & non-technical stakeholdersStrong project management, autonomy, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesCurious, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environmentFluency in French & English (Dutch is a plus) What We Offer: Attractive compensation package (competitive salary + benefits) ESOP – opportunity to become a shareholder Flexible working hours & remote-friendly culture Wellness / sport allowance (Gymlib) Steep learning curve with diverse projects & technologies Startup mindset: autonomy, ownership, and real impact Great team atmosphere — team events, lunches, celebrations
