Job Description We're looking for an analytical and process-oriented professional to join our international Contact Center, Print and Omnichannel team within the Commercial dpt. In this new role, you'll mainly support the Group Manager in optimizing our Print operations and activating the Group's Channel Strategy, working closely with teams across several countries.You'll play a key role in improving collaboration, identifying efficiencies, and helping us bring structure and data-driven decision-making to two strategic areas of transformation. Responsibilities Print Channel Optimization & Development Build a Group-wide roadmap to reduce print, paper, and postal costs while maintaining quality and consistency. Coordinate with country teams to develop shared best practices and supplier synergies. Monitor progress and report on cost-saving and efficiency initiatives. Support the group manager in the evolution of the magazines across countries (Omni-)Channel Strategy Activation & Monitoring Activate and track the new Channel Strategy (finalized Q1 2026). Turn strategic goals into practical action plans and measurable KPIs. Monitor the performance and ensure alignment across markets and channels. Analysis & Reporting Conduct data analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement areas. Provide structured reporting and insights to the Group Manager and senior stakeholders. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in operations, business/process analysis, or channel management, ideally in an international environment. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Experience with print production, cost optimization, or omnichannel projects is a strong plus. Skilled in Excel and reporting tools. Fluent in English, Dutch or/and French; other languages are a plus. Autonomous, structured, and proactive — you thrive on turning strategy into action.
