Junior Business Consultant voor Brussel (Hybrid) - ODS2024001

Over de job: Bij Wello Solutions zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Business Consultant om onze klantbetrokkenheid en implementatiesucces te vergroten. Ben jij klaar om de wereld te veroveren?

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  1. Je wordt opgeleid tot expert in onze toonaangevende SaaS-software en fieldmanagementprocessen om zo onze software te kunnen implementeren bij nationale en internationale klanten.
  2. Je voert behoeftenanalyses uit, zorgt voor snelle analyses en levert op maat gemaakte webdemo's waarin de toepassingen van Wello Solutions worden uitgelegd.
  3. Je maakt deel uit van het internationale implementatieteam.
  4. Je werkt samen met de verkoop om actieve betrokkenheid bij zowel nationale als internationale klanten te behouden.
  5. Je gaat nauw samenwerken met projectmanagers en ontwikkelaars om nieuwe klantomgevingen te implementeren en in te richten.
  6. Je analyseert klantprocessen om hun behoeften af te stemmen op de mogelijkheden van Wello Solutions en stelt verbeteringen voor hun buitendienstprocessen voor.
  7. Je zorgt voor een soepele overgang van verkoop naar technische implementatie, inclusief ondersteuning na de lancering.
  8. Je brengt het werk bij klanten op locatie in evenwicht met werkzaamheden op afstand, waardoor sterke samenwerking tussen teams wordt bevorderd om succesvolle implementaties te stimuleren.

Vereiste vaardigheden en ervaring:

  1. Bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  2. Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, bij voorkeur binnen een SaaS- of enterprise softwareomgeving.
  3. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een adviesgerichte mentaliteit.
  4. Onafhankelijk en resultaatgericht met uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  5. De ideale kandidaat heeft 2 of 3 jaar ervaring. Wij aanvaarden ook kandidaten die de universiteit hebben afgerond zonder ervaring Wij bieden een eerste job ervaring en gedegen opleiding.

Taalvaardigheid: Engels en Nederlands zijn verplicht op professioneel niveau.

Plaats: Brussel, België – 200 meter van het treinstation "Brussel Zuid".

Work-life balans: In eerste instantie 2 dagen vanuit huis, uit te breiden na de training. Het meeste werk gebeurt online via teams.
