Wie zijn we?

Kairos, BAM Interbuild en BAM fm vormen samen de Belgische tak onder het Nederlandse moederbedrijf Royal BAM Group. Samen, als één groot team focussen we ons op ontwikkelen, bouwen en onderhouden van toonaangevende gebouwenprojecten.

BAM Interbuild is binnen België de gebouwenspecialist bij uitstek voor hoofdzakelijk het Vlaamse en het Brusselse gewest. Projecten zoals het MAS en het Havenhuis in Antwerpen, en de Finance Tower, het NAVO hoofdkwartier, en het Résidence Palace in Brussel zullen zeker een belletje doen rinkelen.

Ter versterking van ons team kijken we binnen BAM Interbuild uit naar een enthousiaste Project Manager (Projectleider) voor de bouw van dit unieke project.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als Project Manager zorg je voor de oplevering van een kwalitatief project dat binnen het budget en de planning valt. De werf van begin tot einde in goede banen leiden. Het coördineren van alle medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers met behulp van een uitvoeringsplan.
  • Een optimale samenwerking met leveranciers en onderaannemers door efficiënte onderhandelingen over contracten.
  • Goed contact met bouwheren, architecten en studiebureaus. En natuurlijk ook met je eigen team: je zorgt ervoor dat elk teamlid gemotiveerd is en goed presteert.
  • Door jouw veiligheidsplan en de controle van de uitvoering ervan zorg jij dat alle medewerkers heelhuids terug naar huis keren.
  • Een nauwkeurig budgetbeheer (vorderingsstaten, verrekeningen en facturen naar de bouwheer toe) en rapportering ervan.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Ben je in het bezit van een diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur, bachelor bouwkunde of iets gelijkaardigs? Top
  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring bij grote aannemers en hebt al meerdere keren de realisatie van grote (+ € 30 mln. ) residentiele gebouwen, kantoren of utiliteitsgebouwen geleid.
  • Je denkt proactief en out-of-the-box na. Problemen probeer je te voorkomen, en als ze optreden vind je het een uitdaging om ze efficiënt, creatief en met oog voor het budget op te lossen.
  • Als Project Manager ben je een kei in het motiveren van je medewerkers en het creëren van een aangename werksfeer. Je probeert op een coachende manier je collega's aan te sturen.
  • Geen enkel detail is je ontgaan, je bent georganiseerd en je houdt van resultaats- en doelgericht werken.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig, met een vlotte kennis van het Frans.
