Responsibilities:

1. You will provide customers with telephone advice on everything related to banking.
2. You will organize customer files.

Profile:

1. You are communicatively strong and prioritize the customer.
2. You are fluent in Dutch & French (written and spoken).
3. You are proficient with the MS Office suite.
4. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Offer:

1. You are available one Saturday per month between 8 AM and 10 PM.
2. Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM.
3. Your workplace is located in Berchem.
4. The start date is scheduled for early May 2024.
