We are looking for an Amazing: Advanced Business Analyst

The amazing you, will have:

• Strong professional experience in Business Analysis, preferably in complex IT environments
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation and documentation
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and modelling
• Experience with BPMN, UML or equivalent modelling techniques
• Experience analysing AS-IS / TO-BE processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
• Experience with requirements traceability and change management
• Experience supporting test case design, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working with stakeholders, developers, testers and other technical/business teams
• Good understanding of large-scale information systems and enterprise environments
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP and/or ITIL
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and/or GitLab
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis
• Experience with system integrations, APIs and/or data imports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English; ability to participate in a multilingual and multicultural environment

Responsibilities:

• Analyse business context, objectives, processes and stakeholder needs
• Gather, validate and document business and functional requirements
• Analyse current and target business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain BPMN/UML process and system models
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents and other Business Analysis deliverables
• Define and manage acceptance criteria throughout the solution lifecycle
• Support test case definition, functional testing and UAT
• Maintain requirements traceability between requirements, user stories and test cases
• Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify business, process and system risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
• Support change requests and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Facilitate workshops and communication between business stakeholders, developers and testers
• Contribute to strategic documentation such as business cases, vision documents, project charters and governance documentation
• Analyse data using tools such as SQL and Excel to support business decisions
• Support system integrations and the analysis of APIs and data flows
• Prepare clear documentation and presentations for both operational and senior stakeholders
• Work collaboratively within an international, multicultural and multilingual environment
