You will work directly on client engagements while building a strong sales pipeline, and coordinate and supervise the finance consulting team to support rapid, structured growth.Main responsibilitiesLead and execute go-to-market strategy aligned to VS Consulting CFO Advisory priorities, driving pipeline development and revenue growth.Serve as primary client advisor, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements.Lead and mentor VS Advisory team to deliver high-quality outcomes against client objectives.Evaluate and implement financial technologies to improve reporting, analytics, and automation in collaboration with VS Innovate team to promote AI & new technologies.Partner with client stakeholders to define scope, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.Design and deliver end-to-end finance transformation strategies aligned to client business goals.Profile soughtMaster's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial consulting, or related roles.Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading finance transformation projects.In-depth knowledge of financial processes, systems, and technologies.Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Business consulting skills offering concrete and specific information to help solve a problem or improve a process for a business: creative thinking; thinking conceptually and practically; collaboration; organization and time management; flexibility; curiosity.Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (both written and spoken).Comfortable leading projects and making strategic decisionsAppetite for dynamic, demanding, and results-oriented environmentsWhat we offerA key role in a company undergoing expansionA stimulating, innovative, and demanding entrepreneurial environmentFast track to PartnerHigh autonomy and the opportunity to have real strategic impactAn attractive package based on experienceLocation: Brussels (on-site), and Lille with occasional international travel possible#J-18808-Ljbffr
