We're a bra shopping companion that uses AI to help shoppers find the perfect bra. We offer a home-try-on service where shoppers fill out a questionnaire and get 8 items across brands to try on at home. We started from the local specialty shops of founder Kimia's parents during Covid. Since then, we're a team of 10, have raised over €1.5 million in funding from strategic angels, accelerator XX in San Francisco and a grant from Y Combinator. We're now a 7-figure business. As our first dedicated Performance & Creative Marketeer, you will be the engine of our B2C customer acquisition. We operate under the belief that content velocity drives performance. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media, with an intense focus on driving down CAC through constant creative iteration and channel scaling.You'll have amazing sidekicks like Sanne who help with execution, but you are the strategic owner and hands-on executor of our acquisition loop.Key responsibilities include:Creative-for-performance engine: You will be the force behind new ad creative, turning performance data into testable assets. You will be responsible for rapid editing, testing new hooks/angles, and ensuring a constant creative refresh cycle.Organic social: Run and scale IG, TikTok & Pinterest organic channels.Influencer & affiliate marketing: Own the performance of the creator engine. You'll work closely with our Marketing Sidekick Sanne, who handles the sourcing and execution of deals.Landing pages: Build new, conversion-optimised LPs for specific ad campaigns. Ship experiments that lift conversion rate.Quarterly brand campaigns: Project manage our quarterly activation campaigns.Performance marketing ownership: Launch, manage, optimise, and aggressively A/B test campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads.Tracking & reporting: Deliver weekly reports on channel performance and translate insights into the next highest-impact creative/campaign test.Organise a community event each 6 months(You'll focus ~30 hours/week on execution (optimisation and creation) and project management, leaving room for strategic thinking, exploring new acquisition channels, learning, and collaboration across the company). (You'll collaborate on data access).Lore (Operations Manager): Our process & onboarding expert, the balcony bra – keeping us all tightly together. (You'll coordinate with them on social engagement/community). MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a highly skilled operator who can seamlessly switch between hypothesis creation and rapid creative production.Performance ads expert: Proven track record (3+ years) of managing and scaling high-volume ad spend.Creative production power-user: Proficient in short-form video editing. Expert in rapid iteration, scripting, and producing UGC-style content for testing.The creative-performance link: Demonstrated ability to turn raw ad data into new creatives.Experience: 3+ years owning the full acquisition funnel for a B2C business, ideally within the €1M-€20M revenue range or a high-growth startup environment.Growth Toolkit: Proficient in ad platforms, CMS systems (Webflow a bonus), and content planning tools. You have an LLM open at all times (we prefer Gemini as we're ex-Googlers ). NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONSInfluencer & affiliate know-how: Experience with managing the end-to-end process of working with influencers and affiliates.Proficiency in Dutch is helpful for the local market, but not essential (our team operates fully in English). German or French would be considered a bonus.Experience or interest in B2B marketing strategies (for future expansion).You've organized influencer events before.
