We reduce harmful emissions, power the vehicles and technologies of today and tomorrow, and give new life to used metals.Position Overview: The PMR department produces solutions based on base and precious metals. At the Hoboken site, Client is investing heavily to meet evolving processes and regulatory requirements.The Technology department plays a central role in these developments. It supports various production departments with technical expertise and manages the full project lifecycle—from feasibility studies to design, implementation, and commissioning.What you'll do:Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and quality from start to finishCoordinate basic and detailed engineering, execution, and commissioningDefine project layout and process parameters in collaboration with Production and R&DProvide input for P&IDs and designManage and monitor all process related aspects within your projectsEnsure focus on safety, ergonomics, automation, maintenance, and energy efficiencyCollaboration with the Purchasing department for components and servicesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external)Maintain communication with internal stakeholdersOversee site activities and executionOrganize and supervise the commissioning phaseWhat you bring:Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or metallurgical) or equivalent experienceMinimum degree: Industrial EngineerMinimum 10 years of experience as an end-to-end Project Manager in multidisciplinary projectsRelevant experience in chemistry, metallurgy, or machine constructionMinimum 5 years of experience as a (Project) EngineerAbility to read and draw P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram.)Strong technical insight (absolute requirement)A little about us: Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
