Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation – Utilities Join to apply for the Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation – Utilities role at BDO Belgium What will you be doing? Facilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the utilities sector. Analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives. Leading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes. Conducting business analysis and organising workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation. Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables. We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics. Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes. Posesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English. Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges. Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference. Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team. Is conscious of the organisation’s complexity and goals, with an eye for people. Lives by the motto "Practice makes perfect" and has a desire to keep businesses moving forward. Appreciated competencies: certifications and/or practical experience in PMI, Prince 2, Lean, Agile (SAFe, Scrum), ADKAR/Prosci, ITIL, and analytics (PowerBI, Tables...) will certainly be an added value to your application.
