Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading biotech who are seeking to hire a Paralegal to support the legal team with corporate law matters and day-to-day corporate administration. Key Responsibilities:Support the appointment, renewal, and dismissal of directors and statutory auditors across company subsidiaries using an electronic corporate platformPrepare powers of attorney and other corporate documentsMaintain shareholder registers and corporate recordsManage company filings and registrations with the Crossroads Bank of EnterprisesDraft corporate legal documents under the supervision of in-house legal counselProvide general administrative and legal support as requiredKey Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law or 3–5 years' experience in a paralegal role within a law firm or corporate environmentFluent in English and French or Dutch, with a working knowledge of the other languageComfortable using electronic legal and corporate platformsAbout Planet Pharma:Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
