Senior Testing Coordinator – Gen3/CIAM Integration

We are looking for a Senior Testing Coordinator to lead cross-team testing for a major Gen3/CIAM integration programme

• 📍 Location: Wilrijk, Belgium – 3 days/week onsite (mandatory)
• 📅 Duration: ASAP- 28 Feb 2027, with possible extension
• 🕐 Engagement: Full-time, single assignment
• 🌍 Language: English (working language) & Dutch is an advantage

🔎 Key Responsibilities

• Own the cross-team testing strategy across Platform, Mobile, Portal/MSM and CIAM
• Coordinate testing across multiple teams and establish an integrated test calendar
• Build and govern a reusable Test Data Management capability
• Define E2E scenarios, test entry/exit criteria and defect triage processes
• Drive API, integration and E2E testing across backend, web and mobile
• Define testing approaches for IoT devices, sensors, gateways, controllers and firmware
• Establish device-lab / hardware-in-the-loop testing strategies
• Support Gen2/Gen3 migration and backward-compatibility testing
• Coach test engineers and Tech Leads to improve testing maturity
• Establish testing metrics and ensure sustainable handover to internal teams

🎯 Essential Experience

• 10+ years of software testing experience
• 4+ years coordinating testing across multiple parallel teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Test Data Management, including synthetic data, data generation, data seeding and governed/versioned datasets
• Strong API, integration and E2E testing experience
• Practical test automation & CI/CD experience
• Experience with Python, Playwright, BrowserStack and/or Azure DevOps
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC, CIAM/IAM, RBAC and authorization testing
• Experience with data migration / legacy-to-target validation
• Strong Agile experience with Jira, Confluence and Xray or similar
• Ability to influence Product Owners and Tech Leads without direct authority
• Hands-on, collaborative and adaptable leadership style

⭐ Nice to Have

• IoT / telemetry / device-to-cloud experience
• Device provisioning and commissioning experience
• Hardware-in-the-loop or device-lab testing
• Experience with time-series / telemetry data
• Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC 2

⚠️ Important: This is a hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who only creates test strategy documents. The successful candidate should be comfortable building test data generators, automation/harnesses and E2E scenarios while coaching teams.
