Vacature: QESH Manager voor de regio EMEA
Als toonaangevende speler in de wereld van logistiek en distributie, met een duidelijke focus op duurzame bedrijfsvoering en procesoptimalisatie. Ter versterking van ons team in de regio EMEA zijn wij op zoek naar een QESH Manager die een sleutelrol speelt in het verder uitbouwen van een veilige en duurzame werkomgeving binnen onze operaties.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Behalen en behouden van internationale kwaliteits-, milieukeurmerken en veiligheidsstandaarden.
- Realiseren van duurzaamheidsdoelen, waaronder externe duurzaamheidsbeoordelingen en certificeringen.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van veilige werkomstandigheden in de distributie, supply chain en magazijnen.
- Het ontwikkelen van beleidsmaatregelen, uitvoeren van interne audits en rapporteren aan het management.
- Begeleiden van lokale teams en het ondersteunen van strategische besluitvorming binnen het bedrijf.
- Fungeren als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 voor de organisatie.
Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?
- Een bacheloropleiding in Engineering, Milieuwetenschappen, Arbeidsveiligheid, of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de logistiek, distributie, supply chain of een verwante sector.
- Vloeiend in Engels; kennis van andere talen is een plus.
- Certificering als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.
- Kennis van en ervaring met ISO-certificeringen, bij voorkeur ISO 45001, 9001 en 14001.
- Sterke strategische visie en uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden.
- Bereidheid om regelmatig te reizen binnen de regio EMEA.
