Are you looking for a new challenging assignment as Interim Financial Controller? For a well-known manufacturing company, located in the Ghent area, we are looking for an Interim Financial Controller for an assignment of minimum 6 months.A few of your key responsibilities as Interim Financial Controller:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Prepare and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Utilize Excel (advanced level) and Power Query to manage large datasets, automate processes, and create insightful reports.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.Your profile as Interim Financial Controller:Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and Power Query is a must.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of English or French is a plus.Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving?
