Together with your co-supervisor, you lead a team of 20 to 30 employees and guarantee efficient logistics operations. Here’s what your role will involve:Efficient stock management and inventory control: You organize and monitor cycle counts, ensuring our inventory is always accurate. Master data is safe in your hands, and you ensure that all data is correct and complete.Damage follow-up and claims: If something goes wrong, you’re the first to step in. You handle damage cases and claims efficiently, helping us get back on track quickly.Problem-solving and prioritization: Flexibility is key. Making decisions, resolving issues, and maintaining oversight are part of your daily routine.Receiving, storing, and shipping goods: You coordinate the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring a thorough quality check.Planning and hands-on work: You work closely with the Warehouse Manager to set up and execute daily planning. Rolling up your sleeves? You do it gladly.Safety and order: You are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
