Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg. 'ICT for society' is voor Smals meer dan een slogan: alle projecten hebben een positieve maatschappelijke impact. Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Grensverleggende projecten zijn ons werkterrein: , Orgadon, digitalisering van medische voorschriften, raadpleging van de historiek van je loopbaan, snellere doorstroming van testresultaten naar je huisarts...Als .Net Developer vertaal je de behoeften en wensen van onze klanten naar technische, gebruiksvriendelijke applicaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de (functioneel)/technische analyse en softwareontwikkeling.Je zal onder andere meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van het e-loket van één van onze klanten waar burgers en zorgvoorzieningen terecht kunnen voor hun interactie met het departement. Het e-loket is een volledig in-house ontwikkeld platform.Je maakt deel uit van een team van 25 enthousiaste medewerkers. Je werkt proactief samen met een projectleider en een solution architect om hoogwaardige oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Verder heb je veel contact met je collega programmeurs en de analisten.• Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als .Net developer in een Microsoft .NET omgeving en beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de informatica.• Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het ontwikkelen van een SPA front-end en API back-end in .NET Core.• Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van moderne databanken en van relationele gegevensbeheertechnieken (SQL, ERD).• Je bent vertrouwd met application security.• Je hebt een goede kennis van functionele en technische analyse (UML).• Je voelt je thuis in de werking van een Agile/Scrum team, ervaring met Azure devops is een pluspunt.• Je hebt kennis van unit-testing/softwaretesten.• Je bent een teamspeler en werkt graag samen met collega's om projecten succesvol af te ronden.• Je bent creatief en hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin.
