Dit bedrijf heeft een uitgebreide productiecapaciteit en een team van 350 medewerkers Jouw nieuwe functie Als Supply Chain Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de gehele inbound supply chain, inclusief het plaatsen van bestellingen, het opvolgen van leveringen en het beheer van masterdata. Je werkt nauw samen met de outboundplanner en vervult elkaars rol als back-up. De functie rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager. Hoofdtaken en verantwoordelijkheden: Bestellingen plaatsen op basis van de voorraadbehoeften. Zorgen voor tijdige levering van inbound bestellingen zoals grondstoffen (bijv. zwavelzuur), verpakkingsmaterialen, paletten en PBM's. Acties ondernemen bij eventuele leveringsproblemen, het effect op de productieplanning volgen en wijzigingen bespreken. Data verzamelen zoals voorraadwaarde, MOQ's en op basis hiervan voorraadhoogtes aanpassen. Rapporteren en analyseren van voorraadgegevens en KPI's, en actieplannen opstellen bij afwijkingen. Actieplannen ontwikkelen voor leveranciers naar aanleiding van problemen. Input en data aanleveren voor de S&OP meeting. Begeleiden van diverse projecten zoals bijvoorbeeld het aanpassen van de werkwijze voor grijpvoorraad en het optimaliseren van MRP. Solliciteer direct op deze vacature Heb je interesse in deze job? Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een productie- of industriële omgeving. Analytisch en probleemoplossend denkvermogen. Organisatorisch sterk, met een goed gevoel voor planning en prioriteiten. Grondige kennis van MS Office (o.a. Excel-formules, draaitabellen). Kennis van SAP is vereist. Resultaatgericht, veelzijdig en proactief. Gemotiveerd, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig. Communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels (mondeling en sc...
