For one of our estimated clients, a company with a retail portfolio, we are looking for an Administrative Rental & Building Officer (commercial real estate). You will supervise the portfolio on a financial & administrative level Why apply? Administration oriented function with commercial aspects (good fit for people being more at ease with back-office responsibilities) Your missions and responsibilities Supervise lease (re)negociation, payment terms & notification, statement of charges, encoding of information (in SAP) notably. Help the facility coordinators and accounting teams in the supervision of this commercial portfolio (energy consumption, maintenance incidence, invoicing,...) Make sure that rents and provisions for charges are invoiced correctly.
