Key Account Manager North with Focus on Oncology and Neurology We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to promote and drive the adoption of our pharmaceutical products in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes and enhance product awareness. Promote and drive the adoption of Orion's pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and healthcare professionals in your region. Develop and execute effective account plans to meet sales and growth targets. Organize and lead training sessions for hospital staff, including physicians and nurses. Attend national and international medical congresses and symposia. Your Profile A completed degree in Life Sciences or a pharmaceutical background is essential for this role. At least 2 years of experience as hospital sales rep, experience in the field of Neurology and/or Gynecology is an asset. Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and very good knowledge of English are required. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills are necessary for success in this position. A valid driving license and willingness to travel across your territory are essential. Open to use multichannel management with good IT-skills. High willingness to learn, enjoyment of challenges and flexibility are key characteristics for this role. Strong presentation and communication skills are crucial for effective stakeholder engagement. Organizational skills and resilience are necessary for managing competing priorities. High social skills, empathy and ability to work in a team are essential for building strong relationships. Identification with the corporate values of the organization is a must.
