Overview LAWTREE Advocaten is a fast-growing law firm with offices in Antwerpen, Turnhout and Hasselt. We are looking for an advocate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our department for Liability, Insurance and Traffic. Location: Hasselt (hybrid work possible across Antwerp, Hasselt and Turnhout). You should hold a Master of Laws with a strong interest in insurance and liability law and an affinity for the insurance industry. Excellent drafting skills in Dutch and a drive to deliver the most efficient client solutions are essential. Independence in handling cases from start to finish is preferred, enabling hybrid work across all offices and at home depending on court sittings. You are also willing to mentor younger colleagues. Responsibilities Manage cases end-to-end within the liability, insurance and traffic portfolio. Draft high-quality legal documents in Dutch. Collaborate with partners and teams to deliver efficient solutions for clients. Support and coach junior colleagues on the practice area and procedures. Qualifications Master in de Rechten (Law) with 2–4 years of relevant experience in liability, insurance and traffic law. Interest in the insurance world and active engagement with clients and market participants. Excellent drafting skills in Dutch; strong writing and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and office flexibility for hybrid work (Antwerp, Turnhout, Hasselt).
