Main responsibilities: Operational Team Management: Monitoring individual objectives and performance, implementing quality control, establishing individual improvement plans, coaching, etc. Knowledge Management: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge (or willingness to learn) of all processes/products within the team, provide support in managing existing documentation. Efficiency: Identify and streamline processes within the team that are ripe for improvement. Detect and implement opportunities for the application of digitalization and AI. Is this you? Fluent in French and Dutch. Good knowledge of English.
