We are looking for HSE Specialist. The role focuses on overseeing all EHS activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining site security while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Develop, implement, and drive the Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy.Ensure compliance with local, national, and European EHS legislation, as well as internal group standards.Conduct and oversee risk assessments, audits, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives related to chemical and process safety.Manage environmental permits, reporting obligations, ISO 14001 certification, and relations with regulatory authorities.Serve as the primary EHS contact internally and externally, coordinating emergency teams, occupational health services, and sector organizations.What we expect from you:Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with an officially recognized Safety certification.5+ years of experience in an industrial or chemical environment.Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and regulatory frameworks at regional, national, and European levels.Ability to balance safety and environmental priorities with operational and business objectives.What you can expect from us:TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
