About Our Client

Job Description

  • Manage the legal side of transactions from start to finish
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and related documentation
  • Analyse tax and social law implications within transactional files
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies and optimisation opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process
  • Maintain rigorous structure, documentation and follow‑up
  • Provide tailored, high‑quality advice (no "one‑size‑fits‑all")

The Successful Applicant

  • Master of Laws with 2-8 years' experience, ideally in M&A or tax
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge positions when needed
  • Excellent attention to detail and a sharp ability to detect inconsistencies
  • Robust tax reflexes and a naturally transactional mindset
  • Professional, assertive and confident - able to stand your ground
  • Pragmatic, clear, no‑nonsense communicator
  • Comfortable with variable workload and able to self‑manage peaks
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Proactive, structured and ownership‑driven
