As a consultant you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment ( Offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)+ 450 employeesover 20% growth each yearRoleProvide Project Management Office support to the project team manager , including scope and budget retrievals.Support project team members with documentation tracking, and quality review.Follow-up project execution and consolidate reporting: documentation review, testing, delivery, etc.Gathering data about project progress and producing reports . You get things done. When you need information or help, you seek it out and find it easily within our large organization.You communicate clearly and precisely. As an important part of the team, you work in harmony with others to achieve goals.Project portal administrator – maintain the project’s SharePoint site and ensure folders are structured well, documents are regularly updated and organised effectively and version control is correctly applied.Interact with internal and external stakeholdersAny other PMO duties as mandated by the Project ManagerProfileAt least 5 years of experience as a PMOYou are fluent in EnglishYou have an advanced Excel levelYou have understanding of Client Service function, preferably a PMO related functionGood understanding of ITIL processesKnowledge of Project Management is an assetWorking for NexeoA very attractive salary packageInteresting carreer opportunitiesAmbitious goals are encouragedA lot of funIf you’re motivated, flexible, open minded and ready to be a Nexeo Consultant this function of PMO is made for you#PMO #Project Manager #Project Management #ITIL #Prince 2 # Business #IT #Freelance #Consultant
