We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to oversee electrical construction activities on a chemical industrial project in Erus GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution of electrical works in alignment with project specifications and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities on site.Ensure strict adherence to site safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture.Conduct daily safety audits, toolbox talks, and field observations.Collaborate closely with the project quality department to implement and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).Issue daily discipline-specific reports covering safety, quality, contractor performance, and schedule impacts.Monitor contractor resources, equipment, and progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.Engage positively with field teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Proven experience in electrical construction supervision within the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.Strong familiarity with the EU region and local construction practices.Fully English and Dutch is plusValid ATEX + VCA VOL certification.Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Candidates must have a valid work permit for Belgium. ERUS does not provide work permit sponsorship for this position.
