Job Role: (Software) Project Manager/Functional AnalystLocation: GhentA company based in Ghent looking for a Project Manager to manage our client's software projects. You will be leading your project team to ensure a smooth effective collaboration between the developers, analysts, architect etc. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications.Customer relations communicating with them on a regular basis on status of the projectCollect business requirements and converting them into executable tasks. Manage the development team and monitor the progress of their developments. Perform functional tests and quality checks to ensure solution is up to customer standard.Coaching, training of client whilst collecting feedback and proposing new ideas to make improvements. Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.Customer oriented attitude with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills and a conceptual thinker Experience with project methodologies and tools: Prince2, SCRUM, Agile, DevOps, Gitlab.
