What's Cooking? Is een Europese verse voedingsgroep gespecialiseerd in hartige producten. De groep, met hoofdkantoor in België, biedt een breed assortiment van hoogwaardig en innovatief hartig beleg, snacks en bereide gerechten (ook bekend van Come a casa) en aanverwante diensten aan, in Europa en daarbuiten. "Day by day maken wij duurzaam eten vanzelfsprekend. Dit doen we door de wereld meer zin te laten krijgen in lekkere en gemakkelijke maaltijden die met zorg voor mens en planeet worden bereid". Onze klanten en consumenten staan steeds centraal bij de bereiding van onze voedingsproducten, net als het welzijn van onze circa 2. medewerkers in ons hoofdkantoor, 12 industriële vestigingen in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Polen en het VK, en 7 verkoopkantoren. What's Cooking Group (voordien Ter Beke genaamd) bestaat 75 jaar en staat sinds als familiebedrijf genoteerd op Euronext Brussel (EBR: WHATS). De groep realiseerde in een omzet van miljoen euro.

Wat ga je doen als ICT Application Expert Manufacturing?
- Als ICT Application Expert Manufacturing ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte werking, het beheer en het continu verbeteren van ICT applicaties die betrekking hebben op werking in onze productie om businessnoden verder te ondersteunen en de werkprocessen te optimaliseren.
- Je staat in voor het dagelijkse beheer van een aantal ICT applicaties: je controleert de goede werking, lost technische problemen op en voert de nodige onderhoudstaken uit om een correcte werking van een applicatie te verzekeren.
- Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van het gebruik van de applicaties en denkt actief mee om de processen te verbeteren rekening houdend met de technische haalbaarheid, fiabiliteit, onderhoudbaarheid, continuïteit en integriteit van de gekozen oplossingen.
- Je rolt samen met de teamlead applicaties uit, begeleidt en stelt testscenario's en go-life scenario's en bewaakt de configuratie en parameter settings van applicaties. Je coacht en helpt gebruikers met betrekking tot het correct gebruik van de applicaties om de vaardigheden en zelfredzaamheid te verruimen en de werkprocessen te optimaliseren.
- In geval van customisatie en/of maatwerk, praat je de specificaties met interne collega's of externe partners door en begeleid je de uitvoering om de wijzigingen zo snel mogelijk te implementeren.
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoud bedrijfsapplicaties zoals schermen, rapporten, batch verwerking, interfaces, uploads… om een uniforme en vlotte werking te garanderen.
- Je houdt jezelf continu op de hoogte van nieuwe trends en evoluties binnen jouw vakgebied.

- Je beschikt over een hoger diploma aangevuld met minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring, idealiter in de Food Beverage industrie.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in bedrijfsprocessen (productie, planning, logistiek…) en bent gebeten door technologie.
- Je bent sterk op analytisch vlak en hebt een oog voor innovatie en optimalisatie.
- Je combineert conceptueel denkvermogen met een resultaatgerichte hands-on mentaliteit.
