Functieomschrijving- Je garandeert een correcte oplevering van ICT-wijzigingen in lijn met gemaakte afspraken op het vlak van scope, kwaliteit, prioriteit, tijd en budget.
- Je stuurt de analisten en developers in het team aan. Je organiseert de scrum werking en je werkt nauw samen met architectuur, infrastructuur, product owners en andere teams.
- Je organiseert de ondersteuning van de toegewezen applicaties, staat in voor de betrouwbaarheid van de applicaties en garandeert een goede service.
- Bij geëscaleerde incidenten maak je mee deel uit van het crisis team. Je coördineert de oplossing, het onderzoek naar de root cause en de realisatie van structurele oplossingen voor onderliggende problemen.
- Je volgt de evoluties op de voet en je ondersteunt onze business proactief ikv de uitwerking van nieuwe behoeften.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige rapportage ten behoeve van service management, portfolio management en delivery. Je volgt op en stuurt bij aan de hand van KPI's en dashboards.
- You get things done. Je bent een gedreven energiek persoon die het team kan meekrijgen.
- Je bent een 'coacher' van mensen en een bruggenbouwer. Je bent flexibel in de omgang en hecht veel belang aan een goede samenwerking.
- Je hebt een ICT background en kan in gesprek gaan met diverse stakeholders binnen zowel ICT als business.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, op een gestructureerde manier en bent resultaatgericht. De voortgang van acties, resultaten en KPI's volg je nauwgezet op, alsook het vooropgestelde budget.
- Bij incidenten weet je de rust te bewaren en de juiste focus te leggen om oplossingsgericht te werken.
- Je hebt ervaring met agile werken en het leiden van development teams.
- Je staat in voor de verdere uitbouw van de Drupal capability. In dat kader breng je ook de opleidingsbehoeften en nodige skills in kaart voor je team.
- Kennis van Drupal of andere content management software is een plus.
