ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze functional requirements from business, IT, and security stakeholdersDefine and document functional specifications for the SailPoint IdentityIQ solutionDesign and improve IAM/IAG processes (identity lifecycle, JML, access governance, workflows, certifications, SoD)Collaborate with technical teams on SailPoint IIQ 8.4 configuration and implementationSupport integration with target systems (AD, LDAP, business applications, Windows/Unix/Mainframe)Participate in functional testing and UAT activitiesSupport key users and contribute to change managementPrepare functional documentation and user guidesProvide post–go-live functional supportContribute to ongoing MVP releases and future solution enhancementsSkillsStrong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (8.x, preferably 8.4)Solid expertise in IAM / IAG (RBAC, ABAC, identity lifecycle, access governance, compliance)Functional analysis, requirements gathering, and specification writingAbility to translate business requirements into functional solutionsExperience in complex, multi-application environmentsKnowledge of access management across various platforms and systemsFamiliarity with process modeling and information security processesStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsAutonomous, structured, and quality-focused working styleStrong problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills
