Step into a role where your strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Loop, you'll bridge the gap between product innovation and market success. You'll help bring new products and features to life, work across departments, and turn data into actionable insights. Whether it's launching a campaign for Tomorrowland, analyzing post-launch sales, or refining product messaging, every day will push you to grow. If you thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative space where your contributions have a direct impact, this role is for you.

Execute go-to-market strategies and sharpen your marketing instincts

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in product launches, messaging, and portfolio management. You'll help craft compelling positioning, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans. Your work will directly influence how customers experience and engage with Loop products. Expect to own parts of projects, work closely with senior marketers, and be at the center of creative and data-driven decision-making.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Support product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring campaigns run smoothly.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to uncover trends and drive smarter marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing messaging frameworks that align with market needs and business goals.
  • Work with partnerships like McLaren, Tomorrowland, and Coachella to amplify product visibility.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Growth Marketing to refine campaigns and enhance performance.
How you'll succeed as an Associate Product Marketing Manager

Success in this role comes down to adaptability, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate across teams. You need to be comfortable switching between projects, balancing execution with strategic input, and making data-driven recommendations. Being able to push back when necessary—while maintaining strong relationships—is a must. If you're someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and enjoys solving challenges, you'll excel here.

These key competencies will set you up for success:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, campaign performance, and market trends.
  • Experience managing marketing or product-related projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset—able to identify challenges and bring solutions to the table.
  • Familiarity with data tools like Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or Google Analytics is a plus.
