Job Summary

The Copilot Solutions Specialist will support and optimize the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, develop and customize AI agents in Copilot Studio, and provide comprehensive training and documentation. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support for M365 Copilot
2. Provide support for the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including prompting support and use case support.
3. Assist users in leveraging M365 Copilot to optimize their workflows and productivity.
4. Quickly understand users' pain points and propose tailored solutions.
5. Coach users on how to effectively interact with AI agents to achieve desired outcomes.
6. Developing and Customizing Copilot Agents
7. Design, create and customize agents in Copilot Studio to meet specific business requirements.
8. Implement advanced functionalities and integrations within Copilot agents.
9. User Training and Documentation
10. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on using Copilot solutions.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Copilot agents and integrations.
12. Collaboration and Project Management
13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
14. Manage projects related to Copilot development and integration, ensuring timely delivery.
15. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
16. Stay updated with the latest developments in Copilot technology and AI.
17. Propose and implement improvements to enhance the performance and capabilities of Copilot agents.

Qualifications And Skills

1. Skilled in prompt engineering to design effective prompts for AI agents.
2. Ability to quickly understand users' pain points and propose tailored solutions.
3. Coach users on how to effectively interact with AI agents to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5. Experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
6. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its suite of applications.

Experience

1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
2. Experience in developing and customizing AI agents or similar technologies is a plus.
3. Experience in integrating software solutions with existing systems and workflows.
4. Previous experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting.
5. Experience with the Microsoft Power platform.
