The opportunityThis is a flagship hyperscale data centre build in Europe. The BMS and PMS scope is mission-critical to successful commissioning and handover - and you'll be the person driving it across delivery, integration, testing, and acceptance.What you'll be doingLead the BMS/PMS construction package end-to-end: procurement, installation, integration, commissioning, and final acceptanceCoordinate interfaces across MEP , controls/automation specialists, commissioning engineers, vendors, and subcontractorsAct as a visible safety leader on site and maintain compliance with local H&S requirementsRun vendor and subcontractor governance: progress, risks, technical blockers, and corrective actionsTrack package costs and variations (labour, materials, subcontractors) and keep reporting tightDrive quality: inspections, documentation, test evidence, and readiness for client sign-offOwn the handover outcomes: O&M manuals, as-builts, test scripts, commissioning reports and close-outWhat you'll bringProven delivery on mission critical / data centre builds (hyperscale strongly preferred)Deep understanding of BMS, building automation/controls , and how they interface with critical infrastructureStrong exposure to PMS / power monitoring , electrical integration, and commissioning dependenciesConfident managing specialist vendors and subcontractors, with real site presence and authoritySolid working habits around programme, cost tracking, and quality managementWhat you getA s erious scope on a serious build - high visibility, high complexity, high standardsAutonomy and ownership - you'll be trusted to run the package, not babysatStrong progression runway if you deliverApply now if you've led BMS/PMS delivery on mission critical builds and you like being the person who makes the interfaces actually work.
