Position: Senior EPM Consolidation ConsultantLocation: BelgiumType: Full-TimeA recognised EPM consultancy is continuing to scale its operations in Belgium and is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong consolidation experience to join its growing team. The firm works with well-known European organisations and is looking for someone who can take a leading role in shaping and delivering high-quality consolidation and reporting solutions.About the RoleYou will be the go-to specialist for consolidation projects, helping clients improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of their group reporting. The position combines deep finance process understanding with hands-on system configuration, offering broad exposure across industries and multi-country environments.What You Will DoLead end-to-end delivery of consolidation projects, from discovery sessions to deploymentDesign and configure consolidation models that manage eliminations, ownership structures, and statutory reportingWork directly with finance leaders to refine group close and reporting processesOversee data integration and ensure strong governance across EPM solutionsSupport colleagues through mentorship and contribute to internal best-practice developmentHelp strengthen project methodologies and continuously improve delivery standardsAbout YouAt least 3 years of experience implementing consolidation or reporting solutions using tools such as Board, OneStream, Tagetik, or similarStrong understanding of consolidation, financial close, and reporting cyclesExperience in a consulting environment or a complex finance transformation roleComfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leading workshopsTeam-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work with international clientsBased in Belgium, with the ability to be in the Brussels office three days a weekWhat You Can ExpectCompetitive salary with an annual bonusHybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days from home)Clear development path, certification support, and ongoing trainingExposure to diverse, cross-border projects and well-known European clientsA collaborative, supportive environment where quality and learning are prioritisedApply 📩 Send your CV to a.okolo@hendersondrake.com 📞 For a confidential conversation, call +44 (0) 1603 327634
